SOCKETS & ACCESSORIES

My ratchet does not work correctly, what can I do?
You will need to follow the Kincrome Warranty Claims procedure for assessment. Due to the fine tooth mechanism Kincrome Ratchets may need to be replaced. If deemed repairable, Ratchet Repair Kits are available to suit each size.

No, a Ratchet Repair Kit is available to replace the fine tooth mechanism.

Can I use non-impact sockets on my Impact Gun?
No the torque from the rattle gun can shatter the hardened chrome vanadium. Sockets used on Impact Guns are not covered by the Kincrome Warranty.
